The CTA had previously recognized the center, but now declares that the recognition is suspended until a verdict on the ongoing court in France case is reached. in 2020, Robert Spatz alias Lama Kunzang was condemned to a 5 years suspended sentence and recognized as guilty for crimes of sexual abuses, torture and the forced separation of children’s from their parents inside OKC along with a battery of other charges.
